Strengthens To 11577 Per US Dollar
Interbank trading on Tuesday morning led to the strengthening of the rupiah by 10 points to Rp 11,577 per U.S. dollar from Rp 11,587.
Trust Securities research head Priyambada Reza said here on Tuesday that the rupiah has strengthened against the U.S. dollar as ranked Indonesia that is still maintained in the position of ' BB + ' ( double B plus ) with a stable outlook by ratings agency Standard & Poor's ( S & P ) will still generate positive sentiment in the future.
"Karma is expected to encourage foreign investors to enter the domestic
market again , " Reza said as quoted by Antara .
He added that there are positive expectations Indonesian economic data
scheduled to be released in early May in which he hoped that the data will
still conform to the predictions of market participant.
"Despite the strengthening of the rupiah has generally been limited ,
there is the potential for local currency to strengthen further in line with
the stability of the domestic economy , " said Reza.
He estimates Indonesia's inflation rate will remain stable and the country's
trade balance surplus will continue to see a trend . (EBF)

In
my opinion , we should not be too expect foreign investors to enter the
market again only by relying on domestic ratings Indonesia is retained
in the position of ' BB + ' ( double B plus ) with a stable outlook by
ratings agency Standard & Poor's ( S & P ) will still generate positive sentiment in the future .
because after all there must be the potential for local currency to
strengthen further in accordance with the amount of money that will make
the denomination stabilita improvement cheaper for foreign investors .Therefore , an increase in the amount of money will make the eyes less expensive for foreign investors . And increased demand will strengthen the currency - that is , make it more expensive .
